Join us for an unforgettable experience that showcases the beauty and depth of South American musical heritage. Under the artistic direction of Gabriel Löfvall and Michelle Horsley, Chorus Angelicus and the Choir School of Hartford, in collaboration with the esteemed Alturas Duo and guest instrumentalists Gonzalo Cortés and Eugenio Huanca, are proud to present Ariel Ramírez’s transcendent "Misa Criolla". This beloved work, deeply rooted in South American folk traditions, will be performed with a full ensemble of indigenous instruments.

Join us for the performances on May 18th at 4 PM at Trinity Episcopal Church in Torrington, and on May 19th at 1 PM at Trinity Episcopal Church in Hartford. These concerts promise a rich blend of classical choral music intertwined with the unique sounds of South American folk instruments.
